Caroline Schein has over 25 years of leadership experience. She is skilled at connecting the dots between strategy, people, processes and execution, and has earned a reputation for building strong people and culture practices across industries and geographies.
Caroline is currently Chief People and Culture Officer at Odlum Brown. As a member of Odlum Brown's Senior Leadership Team, she is responsible for directing all aspects of the firm’s people and culture initiatives and programs to support the overall business strategy.
Caroline has an MBA specializing in leadership from Royal Roads University and an MA and PhD in Human and Organizational Systems from Fielding Graduate University. She is a certified leadership coach and holds the CPHR designation. Caroline currently serves on the board of One Girl Can and is a past board member of CPHR BC & Yukon and Make a Wish.
