Deena joined Odlum Brown in 2002 and has over 25 years of marketing communications experience. She is a member of the firm's Board of Directors and Senior Leadership Team. Deena leads the Marketing and Communications team and is responsible for overseeing the firm’s marketing communications and brand strategy, including advertising, media relations, social media, events and community partnerships.
Deena and her team also actively support Odlum Brown’s advisory teams and six Odlum Brown branches with their marketing and communications initiatives. Deena currently serves as a board member for the HERO DAWGS Pet Therapy Society, and is a past committee member of the Investment Industry Association of Canada Communications Committee.
Her passion for hockey, athletics and philanthropy inspired her involvement with the Scotiabank Hockey for Alzheimer’s Pro-Am, as part of the Steering Committee (2014-2015) and Recruitment Committee Chair (2015). Deena continues to lace up her skates as a member of the OB Bulls hockey team to raise funds for Canucks Autism Network (CAN) through the CAN Pro-Am.
