Mark Srdanovic joined Odlum Brown Limited in 2014 as Senior Compliance Officer and subsequently became the Alternate Registered Options Principal. In 2017, he assumed the role of Chief Compliance Officer and is a member of the firm’s Senior Leadership Team.
With 15 years of compliance experience in the financial services industry, Mark brings a wealth of knowledge and enthusiasm to his role. He works diligently to ensure that Odlum Brown meets or exceeds all regulatory requirements. Mark is options and options supervision approved and earned his CFP® designation in 2008. Mark is a member of the Investment Industry Association of Canada (IIAC) Compliance Committee and also serves on the Pacific District Council of the Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization (CIRO).
