Warren is Chief Strategy and Innovation Officer at Odlum Brown. In this role, he is responsible for developing and leading the strategy and innovation processes required to achieve the firm’s vision and purpose. Warren is a Director of the firm and a member of the Senior Leadership Team.
Warren has over 30 years of business experience in a diverse range of industries and is recognized as a strong leader in the business community. He has acted as Chief Financial Officer at some of BC’s most significant companies, including Sierra Systems Group Inc., TimberWest and Aritzia. Warren has also acted as Chief Executive Officer for Hold It All Inc. and Augusta Capital Corp.
Warren is very active in his community. He currently serves as a Director of the BC Parks Foundation and as a member of its Executive Committee. He also chairs the Finance & Audit Committee of this foundation. Warren serves on the Finance & Audit Committee of Alumni UBC and is a member of the Advisory Council. He is also a member of the UBC Gold For Life Committee, supporting rowing at UBC.
Previously, Warren served for seven years as Board Vice-Chair with BC Women’s Health Foundation. He served for over 10 years as a Foundation Director for the Boys & Girls Clubs of South Coast BC and for seven years on the Cabinet of United Way BC, including acting as Cabinet Co-Chair.
Warren is a graduate of the University of British Columbia. He is a Chartered Accountant and in 2022 was awarded the Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA, FCPA) designation by his peers in recognition of his professional and community contributions. He also holds the ICD.D designation granted by the Institute of Corporate Directors.
