- Stay in touch – Our Investment Advisors and Portfolio Managers are available to support you by phone and email. Due to network congestion with the higher call volume, please reach out to your Investment Advisor or Portfolio Manager by email if possible, or continue to dial again if you are experiencing issues getting through when you call. All calls to our main line will be answered by our Reception team from 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM. Outside of those hours, please feel free to leave us a message or use our automated directory.
- Electronic funds transfers – Contact your Odlum Brown Investment Advisor or Portfolio Manager for more information on how you can send and receive funds electronically through online banking or wire transfers.
- Secure file transfer – Consider using ShareFile to securely transfer sensitive information and files between you and your Advisory team.
