Andy Eisenbock
Investment Advisor, Chair

Andy joined Odlum Brown as an Investment Advisor in 1988. He is an active member in the firm’s Executive Committee and is Chair of the Board of Directors.

For over 30 years, Andy has been part of a highly successful investment team with Chris Tidd (retired). Over the years, the team has grown and now consists of Andy Eisenbock, Andy Leitao, Michelle Sullivan, Ryan Eisenbock, Alecsandra Ciobanu and Amy Carotenuto. By maintaining a disciplined investment approach towards income and growth, the team now manages in excess of $950 million in client assets.

Born and raised in Kitsilano, Andy received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Simon Fraser University. He moved to the North Shore in 1990, where he currently lives with his wife.

Andy Leitao, CIM®
Portfolio Manager

Andy Leitao is an Associate Portfolio Manager and Investment Advisor. He has worked at Odlum Brown for over a decade. Andy worked alongside Investment Advisor Chris Tidd (retired); and continues to work with Investment Advisor and Chair Andy Eisenbock and Portfolio Manager Kim Dewar.  With their combined investment industry experience, the team ensures that every client’s investment goals and objectives are achieved.

Giving back to the communities in which we live and work is important to Andy. In his spare time, Andy can be found volunteering at Centennial High School in Coquitlam as the Assistant Senior Boys Basketball Coach. On weekends, Andy enjoys rock climbing and hiking up the Chief in Squamish. He is always looking to push his boundaries and challenge himself.

Michelle Sullivan, CIM®
Investment Advisor, Investment Associate

Michelle is an Investment Advisor and Investment Associate who has been with Odlum Brown for over 25 years. She completed the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) in 2007 and the Portfolio Management Techniques (PMT) course in 2015. She obtained her Canadian Investment Manager (CIM) designation in 2016, which has now become the Chartered Investment Manager (CIM®) designation. Michelle has a strong commitment to client service, and enjoys learning about clients and understanding their investment needs.

Outside of work, Michelle enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She keeps busy with two daughters who are active with school and sports.

Ryan Eisenbock, CIM®
Investment Associate, Portfolio Manager

Ryan joined Odlum Brown in May 2016 and works as an Investment Associate, Portfolio Manager alongside Andy Eisenbock. He obtained his Chartered Investment Manager (CIM) designation in 2020.

Born and raised in North Vancouver, Ryan received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Capilano University. He enjoys fishing, hiking and spending time at the family cabin on Lillooet Lake in Pemberton.

As a proud Cancer survivor, Ryan feels grateful to be in a position to give back to the organization that helped him battle Hodgkin’s Lymphoma. Ryan had the pleasure of organizing a fundraiser in February 2020 called “A Decade Later.” This fundraiser was a way to celebrate 10 years in remission by giving back to BC Children’s Hospital. He, alongside his fundraising team, were able to raise over $50,000 for the Music Therapy Program at BC Children’s Hospital. In July 2021, Ryan organized his second fundraiser, “Bocko & Friends Run for Music Therapy.” Ryan and 26 friends ran a half-marathon in which they raised over $40,000 in support of the Music Therapy Program. He plans to continue his fundraising efforts for BC Children’s Hospital on an annual basis. 

Investment Assistant

Alecsandra, or Alecs for short, is an Investment Assistant. She completed her Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a concentration in finance at Simon Fraser University in 2013. Alecs worked for over eight years in the legal field prior to switching gears and joining Odlum Brown in November 2018. Alecs provides administrative support to the team and is committed to providing clients with quality service and assistance.

In her spare time, Alecs enjoys traveling, taking dance classes and spending time with family and friends.

Investment Assistant

Amy Carotenuto is an Investment Assistant and joined Odlum Brown in April 2019. She has worked in the finance industry for over 10 years, received her undergraduate degree from Simon Fraser University and has completed her licensing exams through IIROC. Amy plans to continue her studies in the investment realm in order to further support clients and the team. With a positive demeanour, Amy prides herself on providing exceptional client service.

When not at work, Amy enjoys boxing, soccer and volunteering with the non-profit Junior Achievement of BC, which focus on educating youth on financial literacy, entrepreneurship and work readiness.
