Parveen has over 20 years of experience in the financial industry. She holds the highest distinction in the investment management profession — the Chartered Financial Analyst® (CFA) designation. CFA charterholders understand that trust is key to building strong client-advisor relationships, and they are bound by the highest ethical standards, the CFA Code of Ethics and Standards of Professional Conduct. In addition, Parveen holds the Certified Financial Planner® (CFP) designation.
As a Portfolio Manager, Parveen uses a comprehensive process and works collaboratively with other professionals to maximize the probability of her clients achieving all of their financial priorities. She is a dedicated professional who offers a broad base of experience and has a passion for investment management and financial planning. Not believing in a “one-size-fits-all” approach to structuring portfolios and strategies, Parveen strives to develop a deep understanding of a client’s situation, and then provides solutions that are tailored to their unique needs.
Prior to joining Odlum Brown, Parveen worked within the private wealth management divisions of chartered banks for 18 years. She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of British Columbia. Parveen is active in the community and currently volunteers with Junior Achievement BC. She is also the Vice President of the Association of Women in Finance. Outside of work, Parveen is an avid news buff and loves to travel.
